What is AmanaTech?
AmanaTech provides three services: AmanaFix (remote tech support), AmanaLearn (IT certification courses), and free tools for everyone.
Who can use AmanaTech services?
Anyone. Simple tech help for everyday people. We help beginners, families, students, and small businesses.
I feel embarrassed asking basic tech questions. Is that okay?
Yes. Basic questions are always welcome. We explain things in plain language and never judge your starting point.
English is not my first language. Can I still get help?
Absolutely. You can use simple English and short messages. We slow down, avoid jargon, and confirm each step clearly.
How long have you been in business?
Amana Technologies LLC was officially established in December 2025 and launched publicly in 2026. The work behind it — tech support, training, and college-level teaching — goes back years. We're a new business, built on real experience.
What areas do you serve?
We provide remote support to anyone in the US and internationally. Because we use secure remote connection tools, your location doesn't matter—as long as you have an internet connection, we can help.

Do you offer on-site support?
Yes. Local Quick Tech Check starts at $50 within 20 miles of Warren, MI, by appointment. This includes Warren, Sterling Heights, Troy, Royal Oak, Clinton Township, Roseville, St. Clair Shores, Madison Heights, Fraser, Eastpointe, and Center Line. Beyond 20 miles, contact us for a custom quote.

AmanaFix Tech Support

What types of issues can AmanaFix help with?
We handle Windows/Mac problems, printer setup, internet/WiFi issues, email configuration, virus/malware removal, password resets, software installation, hardware troubleshooting, and more. See our Tools page for a full list.
How much does AmanaFix cost?
Start with a Quick Tech Check: $25 remote or $50 local to identify the issue. After that, we confirm the scope and quote before continuing. Most common fixes land in the published simple-to-medium service ranges, depending on complexity.
Do you have a minimum charge or hourly rate?
No long-term contracts or subscriptions. We start with a Quick Tech Check, then confirm scope and price before continuing. Some services are session-based, while ongoing remote support may be billed hourly when needed.
Can you pick up or accept my device for repair?
Yes! We can accept devices for diagnosis and repair after discussing your issue with you. Arrange pickup/drop-off or bring it in during an onsite appointment. Contact us first to plan the best option.
What's your response time?
Most new requests get a reply within 24 hours. Scheduling depends on the issue and current availability.
Can you help if I don't know what's wrong with my computer?
Absolutely. Describe what you're seeing, and we'll use the Quick Tech Check process to identify the problem before more work starts.
What happens in the first support session?
First, we listen to your issue. Next, we check the problem with you in real time. Then we explain the likely fix, timeline, and next step in plain language.
What should I prepare before my first session?
If possible, have your device ready, charger connected, and any error message screenshots nearby. If you cannot prepare these, that is okay — we will guide you.
How do you connect to my computer? Is it safe?
We use industry-standard remote access tools (like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar). You see exactly what we're doing on your screen in real-time, and you can pause or stop the session anytime. Your security is our top priority.
Where can I read a beginner-safe remote support walkthrough?

Do you offer follow-up support if the problem comes back?
Yes. If the same issue recurs within 7 days, we'll review it under the original scope. Refunds follow the Refund Policy in our Terms.
Can you recover my deleted files?
Maybe! If files were recently deleted and your hard drive hasn't been overwritten, we can often recover them. This is a specialized service—pricing depends on the case. Contact us for details.
Do you remove viruses and malware?
Yes, we specialize in malware removal, scans, and prevention setup. We'll also help you understand how to avoid similar problems in the future.
Can you help me understand technology so I can fix things myself?

AmanaLearn Courses

What certification programs do you offer?
We offer ICDL (International Computer Driving License), CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and other industry certifications. Each has different difficulty levels.
Who should take AmanaLearn courses?
Anyone wanting to improve their tech skills—from beginners (ICDL) to career changers (CompTIA A+, Network+). Whether you want better job prospects or just understand tech better, we have a course for you.
How much are the courses?
Courses range from $39–$149 depending on the certification level. We also offer bundles and session packs with public listed prices.
How long does it take to complete a course?
ICDL courses are typically 4–8 weeks part-time. CompTIA A+ is 8–12 weeks. You set your own pace with lifetime access to materials.
Do your courses help with job placement?
Our courses teach skills employers want. We provide career guidance and interview prep. While we can't guarantee a job, learners often report stronger confidence and better interview readiness after completing training.
Can I get a refund if I don't like the course?
Yes. Courses include a 14-day refund window if you have accessed less than 30% of the content. See the Refund Policy in our Terms for details.

Pricing & Payments

How do you accept payment?
Digital products and most services use <strong>Stripe checkout</strong> (secure credit/debit card processing). If you prefer a different payment method, message us on WhatsApp and we can arrange alternatives like PayPal, Venmo, or bank transfer.
Do you offer discounts for multiple sessions or annual plans?
We offer public bundles and session packs where listed. If you need a custom scope, contact us before purchase.
Can I get a receipt or invoice?
Absolutely! You'll receive a detailed receipt via email after every session, including itemized services and amounts paid. Invoices available on request for business expense tracking.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment required?
No. You only pay for what you use. No subscriptions, no hidden fees, no contracts.
What if the problem takes longer than expected?
We'll discuss any additional charges before continuing. You're never surprised by unexpected fees.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Refunds depend on the product type. Remote sessions may be refunded based on cancellation timing, courses have a 14-day refund window with usage limits, digital kits are refundable only if delivery fails, and tutoring packs refund unused sessions at the listed per-session rate. How does international pricing work?
The published prices on this site are the default U.S. prices. For customers outside the U.S., pricing can be adjusted by country to better fit local market conditions and affordability. The final amount is always confirmed by quote before any paid work begins.

What operating systems do you support?
Windows (all versions), macOS, Linux, iPhone/iPad, and Android. If you're not sure, ask—we likely can help.
Is my personal data safe?
We take privacy seriously. We access only what is needed for the service, you control what we see during remote sessions, and we do not sell your personal data.
Can you help with email, banking, and password issues?
Yes. We can help set up email clients, reset passwords safely, troubleshoot login issues, and optimize your security. Your passwords stay with you—we never access them.
Do you have a privacy policy?

Can you help me backup my files?
Yes! We'll help you set up cloud backups (Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud), external drives, or hybrid solutions. Backup is essential for peace of mind.
I'm worried about scams. How do I know AmanaTech is legitimate?

Can you support IEP/504-style learning needs?
IEP/504-friendly pacing is available for learning sessions and guided support. We can slow down, repeat steps, break tasks into smaller parts, and use simple English for visitors who are not fluent. When needed, we can also work through written follow-up and translation-friendly chat.
