Service Availability & Support

• Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. During weekends or holidays, response may take up to 48 hours.
• Service Scope: Remote PC repair covers diagnostics, troubleshooting, malware removal, Windows optimization, and software issues. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for hardware failures.
• Cancellations: Cancel appointments with 24 hours notice for a full refund of diagnostic fee.

Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 7 days. We will review the issue and may either redo the work at no charge or provide a refund based on the service performed. Free tools have no refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

We use reasonable care when delivering services, but technology issues can be unpredictable. To the extent permitted by law, Amana Technologies LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We strongly recommend backing up your data before any remote session.
