How much does AmanaFix cost?
Diagnostic-first pricing: $25 remote or $50 onsite to identify the issue. Ongoing remote support is typically $40/hour, and most fixes land in the $75–$300 range depending on scope.
Do you have a minimum charge or hourly rate?
No long-term contracts or subscriptions. We start with a diagnostic, then confirm scope and price before continuing. Some services are session-based, while ongoing remote support may be billed hourly when needed.
Can you pick up or accept my device for repair?
Yes! We can accept devices for diagnosis and repair after discussing your issue with you. Arrange pickup/drop-off or bring it in during an onsite appointment. Contact us first to plan the best option.
What's your response time?
Most consultations are scheduled within 24 hours. For emergencies, contact us directly—we often have availability on the same day.
Can you help if I don't know what's wrong with my computer?
Absolutely! That's exactly what we do. Describe what you're seeing (or not seeing), and we'll diagnose the problem during our session. The free 15-minute consultation gets us started.
How do you connect to my computer? Is it safe?
We use industry-standard remote access tools (like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar). You see exactly what we're doing on your screen in real-time, and you can pause or stop the session anytime. Your security is our top priority.
Do you offer follow-up support if the problem comes back?
Yes. If the same issue happens within 7 days, we'll review it and usually provide a follow-up fix at no extra charge. If you're still not satisfied, you can request a refund under our 7-day policy and terms.
Can you recover my deleted files?

ICDL courses are typically 4–8 weeks part-time. CompTIA A+ is 8–12 weeks. You set your own pace with lifetime access to materials.
